We live in a 5 bedroom home minutes from Northtown mall. The basement would be what we are hoping to find someone to take over, as my brother is moving out in September. It has an enormous living room, bedroom, and personal bathroom. Laundry is also in basement and schedule can be made to avoid us being in your space unwanted. There is a nice sized fenced in backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and we have a large driveway.

Upstairs will be my husband, two children, and myself. We are 35 and 33. Both work in medical field. Our boys are 7 and 4 and usually in bed around 8 pm. We have one cat. We love the area we are in, but rent may be steep on our own in this economy.
