Hallo :) I am looking for three (3) people to sign a year lease in Brewerytown / Fairmount with me between mid-July and mid-August. I was subletting originally but my current roommates are all moving on to new adventures and I decided to stay
🏡 4 bed, 4.5 bath, washer & dryer in the basement, dishwasher, patio, balcony, and roof deck, four floors including the basement
💸 total rent for the house will be $2,950, utilities have been around $80 each and about $25 for water
💰 first month, security deposit, and last month rent needed to move in
1️⃣ 1 room available on the third floor, $860, your own bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, shared wet bar right outside your room, you get the floor to yourself basically 2️⃣ 2 rooms available on the second floor, $715 each, similar sizes, both have their own bathroom with a tub
🛋️ my current roommates are taking all/most of the communal furniture so the house will be an empty canvas. if you’re bringing furniture with you then great but if not we get to decorate from scratch
🐾 pets are allowed with a $750 refundable deposit per pet (max 2 per property), $50 monthly pet fee, landlord prefers them <50lbs
🍃 420 friendly although I don’t normally partake I’m just not bothered if you’re doing it
📍 close to Aldi, the art museum, the zoo, and lots of parks
🚍 ~3 min walk to G1, ~5 min walk to 7, 32, 48, 49, ~10 min walk to the 3
🚘 street parking is free with no permit, ~10 min drive to I-76
