This is a great little house that is rented to traveling medical professionals and students. Families are welcome to rent but only short term and no pets are allowed at any time. All renters on the premises must submit to a Transunion Smart Move Background check as that is the only one that we accept. This house comes fully furnished and equipped with a pool, internet, landscaping services and weekly pool service and cleaning. There is a grill for barbecuing and also outdoor dining area and lounge area near the pool deck. Only professionals who can be verified with work assignments and strong credit for safety and peace of mind. If roommates are renting, one verified person can rent with the understanding someone else may rent the other room or 2 roommates can rent together to split the monthly rent. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs, and no parties on the premises. Serious applicants only who will submit to a background check. If approved, all fees paid for the background check will be refunded.
