Unfurnished Private room, bathroom with storage two closets + private patio with storage. Rent is $1,100 + additional utilities split between the house usually comes out to $30. Plus electricity differs every month. Access to living room & kitchen at all times. Couches and table will be leaving with current roommate. New couch/ table will be purshased before move in.
