Looking for a nice/responsible female roommate to fill a spot in my 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Hoboken. • 9/1 start date with some flexibility to move in early (my current roommate plans to move out mid-August) • In-unit laundry • Dishwasher • Central air • ~15 min walk to the PATH (or you can catch a free shuttle bus during the week that’s right across the street • There’s a bus stop and a lightrail station nearby • Rent is $1,087 + utilities and wifi • There’s a $750 self-move deposit. This will only held as collateral in case of any damages during the move.

A little about me - I’ve lived in Hoboken for a while and really love it. I work a hybrid schedule and enjoy a mix of hanging out in the apartment and meeting up with friends in Hoboken/NYC. I also enjoy baking, crafting, audiobooks, traveling, bingeing shows, and exploring the city.

One roommate currently graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology. The other roommate currently work in NYC. Both roommates are friendly and nice.
