The room is in the right corner of the house, making it more private and secluded. The closet is decently sized with plenty of shelving and hanging space. Rent is $630 per month, which includes all utilities and high-speed internet. There are no special house rules besides cleaning up after yourself and keeping the common areas clean, as you will have complete access to all the common areas, including the kitchen and living room. Use of washer & dryer. Smoking outside only. Great neighbours, and the home is located near lots of grocery stores/gas stations/highways/amenities, etc. The room is available for immediate move-in.
