The apartment is 2 blocks from the beach and an easy walk to the Carlsbad Village (great restaurants there). I’ve lived here for 2 years so the shared spaces are all furnished. Great neighbors.

Please know we are next to the train tracks. Yes, the trains can be loud.

Property Requirements: No pets allowed :( No smoking, (seriously please no smoking, including vapes) drugs, large parties. Landlord might require a background/credit check.

About the roomies

29 year old Christian woman, pretty quiet when I’m at home. But I would LOVE to hang out together to play games, go to the beach get ice cream, watch a movie, go to Disneyland, bake cookies, or do crafts together.

I work in accounting, hybrid so I work from home 3 days a week. You’ll have the house to yourself sometimes as I’ll be travelling about 6 weeks during the year for work or to visit family.

For cleanliness I’m about 7/10. Not perfect, sometimes I buy paper plates to avoid washing dishes, but I’m usually tidy.
