Room is roughly 13’ x 10’ and positioned right next to front door. Includes a closet and two windows. Guest bathroom is down the hall and will be yours. Home includes dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. Kitchen has everything you could want/need as far as dishes, appliances, utensils, etc.

Room is furnished with queen bed, TV, credanza and shelving. Furniture can be removed if room is preferred empty. If you need other items that I have, I’m likely happy to share.

Home has screened back porch, backyard with patio furniture and gas grill.

Utilities to be split. They’re usually $250 per month total, so split would be $125 each.

First month plus deposit required.

Will need to be added to remainder of lease which includes employment verification and basic background check.
