Hello! We have a small room opening up in our all-women four bedroom townhome. This bedroom comes along with a semi private bathroom. The shower is 100% private and toilet would only be shared if the other bathroom in the unit is in use (it’s never urgent enough to use this bathroom). The washer and dryer is stacked inside the bathroom so roommates will wash on designated laundry days and randomly wash on free laundry days. Deposit and monthly rent for the bedroom is $725. The only bill we pay monthly is wifi ($17.85) and we pay ladwp (electricity) bimonthly (~$100). There are two parking spots and roommates rotate on a weekly basis. The room is about a ~7 minute drive to CSUN, and is local to grocery stores and shopping centers. Our lease is ends December 31st, with the option to renew for a small increase. This place would be suited for someone who values quiet and respectful living. The complex has a pool and tennis court, guest parking is minimal but the condo is right next to Reseda Blvd so street parking is plentiful and easy to access. Move in date would be July 1st and our landlord requires a lease agreement along with a credit and background check, co-signers are allowed. The room is currently painted fully white and can comfortably fit a full/twin sized bed.

You’ll have three roommates who value cleanliness and quiet! We have busy schedules but make our space homey. All of us are students and work full time so we’re almost never home when the semester begins. We get along well and stop to chat when we come across each other. One roommate has a docile dog named Wero, he’s friendly and stays in her room for the most part!
