This is a 2 bedroom apartment at the Ashton Sherman Village, in Valley Village. The second bedroom is 140 SF, has its own little hallway, walk in closet, and detached bathroom. This unit is not facing the street so it is pretty quiet. Washer/dryer in unit and there’s a balcony. Common areas are fully furnished so you will only need to bring your belongings for your space. Common areas will be shared. This property has a pool, jacuzzi, clubroom, yoga room, and access to the gym in our building and the adjacent building. You will have your own parking space, adjacent to mine.
About the roomies
My name is Erika and 39 years old. Still young at heart :) No children but do have a kitty named Brooklyn. I work full time and usually keeping busy. I love reading, staying active, and having a little fun. I do keep my home clean and would appreciate someone that will maintain cleanliness.
