I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath townhouse in Summerville, SC.

The available room is the secondary bedroom with a private bathroom. I will be occupying the master bedroom. You will be sharing the kitchen and living space with me.

Monthly costs are approximately $890/person plus shared electricity. Rent, internet, water/sewer, insurance, and community fees are included in the $890 estimate.
