About the room
Spacious, well-maintained 4 bdr 2.5 bath home in a quiet, well-established neighborhood with gorgeous mature landscaping. Well-situated for access to both Boise and Meridian.
Two private room options are available (only one will be rented based on the best overall fit): Option A: a large primary suite with attached bathroom and walk-in closet ($1230 per month)or Option B: a comfortable private bedroom with its own private bathroom ($914 per month.) All utilities, a garage parking space, and monthly professional housecleaning are included with either option.
The home includes multiple shared living areas, including a furnished cozy main living room with a wood pellet fireplace and a separate secondary living/dining space with high ceilings and a gas fireplace, will be unfurnished except for an upright piano. Roommate is welcome to furnish/personalize the secondary space if desired or I can furnish over time.
Kitchen is fully equipped and available for shared use. Home includes laundry, fenced backyard, and one garage parking space available for a roommate.
Convenient location approximately 15–20 minutes to downtown Boise (no highway required) and about 5 minutes to The Village at Meridian.
The home offers a balance of shared comfort and meaningful privacy, with flexible space depending on the roommate’s needs.
About the roomies
I am a professional working hybrid (home and office). I own the home and have a teenage daughter who is in the home half the time.
The household is generally calm, respectful, and reasonably quiet, but not overly rigid. The home is large enough that people do not need to tiptoe around each other. Values: open communication, mutual respect, reasonable cleanliness, shared responsibility without perfectionism, privacy and personal space balanced with friendliness.
Guests are welcome in moderation. Occasional larger gatherings might be okay when my daughter is not home as long as they aren’t disruptive.
Pets: Two small, sweet dogs live in the home. They are barky when people arrive but are affectionate.
Important notes:
No cats (allergies). Most additional dogs not ideal due to reactivity, however, asmall dog may be considered after successful introduction. Please note my dogs are not good around very young children.
