I have worked for the same company 21 years & I work from home (emails, teams meetings), so I value a peaceful, respectful household where everyone can focus on their own thing while still getting along well.

Currently, the 4 bedroom property has: • Me in my room • My other roommate(s) would be my son (An ASU Graduate student) or my daughter (Junior College student). They are rarely home at the same time, so I would say they are in “rotation”.

They basically wash clothes, dine or sleep. Both are college students & work part-time. They are keep to themselves splitting time doing laundry loads!

• The space is a 4 bedroom house with shared features: big kitchen, backyard, laundry. We’re all pretty chill, clean, and drama-free.

Everyone respects quiet hours after 10pm and we keep common areas tidy. No pets & we are smoke-free.
