The house is located near Franklin Park and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars, and local spots like Olde Towne East Tavern and East Market. The bedroom has two closets, and there is plenty of additional storage space and private laundry units in the basement.

I keep the house very tidy, but it’s important to me that my roommate and I feel comfortable coexisting in the space rather than feeling like we’re just renting rooms from each other. The house gets great natural light, is located on the second floor, and the neighbors are all incredibly sweet.

Also the room is currently furnished with a bed, dresser and two end tables. I planned on removing these things but wouldn’t mind gifting them to you.

I’m a gay professional in my 30s who works a regular Monday-Friday schedule. I enjoy cooking, exploring Columbus, checking out local events, and spending time with friends. Home is generally pretty laid back and quiet during the week.

I share the house with a friendly Pomeranian (Samba) and a chill cat (Jessica), and your small dog or cat would be very welcome here. I’d love to find an LGBTQ+ roommate or ally who is respectful, communicative, and looking for a comfortable, drama-free place to call home.
