Looking for a Roommate – Move In August 1st
We’re looking for a new roommate to join our established household near Glendale/Denver, CO.
About the House:
- 4 bed / 2.5 bath house
- Rent: $900/month
- Utilities usually run around $100–120/month (higher in the winter months)
- Nice neighborhood
- Backyard
- Street parking available (lots of it)
- AC/Heat *Laundry/Dishwasher
About the roomies
A little about us: We’re both in our mid-30s and looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and easy to live with. LGBTQIA+ friendly is very important to us — ideally looking for someone within the community or an ally. I have a cat. She’s very friendly with people, but territorial with other animals, so unfortunately no additional pets. We’d definitely would like to meet in person or at least talk beforehand to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. Here are a few picts of the main house. If you are interested let know!
