About the room
The room is approximately 115 square feet (9’7” x 12’) and located on the main floor. It features a closet and northeast-facing windows that bring in great morning light. The room is fully furnished, with a queen sized bed, a nightstand, dresser, and a small desk and chair. It’s a great setup for someone who is in Denver on a temporary work assignment or a student here for a semester.
You’ll also have use of a full bathroom that is effectively your own, aside from occasional use by guests when we have visitors. Linens provided for both bed and bathroom.

About the roomies
You’ll be living with two trans men in their mid-to-late 30s who have been friends for nearly twenty years, one of whom owns the home.
- I’m an Assistant Attorney General with a deep love of mountaineering.
- My roommate works in medical records for the Colorado Department of Corrections and loves gaming. Both of us work primarily in office settings and keep fairly consistent schedules.
The house is friendly and welcoming, but it is not a constant social hub. We each have our own spaces and routines, and the house naturally separates into upstairs and downstairs living areas. We hang out occasionally, especially on weekends, but most socializing happens outside the home.
We’re generally early-to-bed and early-to-rise people. Weeknights tend to be quiet, with most of the house winding down around 9 PM and mornings starting around 5 to 6 AM. If you’re someone who values a peaceful home environment, you’ll probably fit in well here.
We share the house with two senior pets:
• A playful and spry 15-year-old indoor cat who enjoys affection on her own terms • A 14-year-old Chihuahua who is very sweet but has become a bit skittish as he’s lost some vision, hearing, and mobility with age
We’re not accepting additional pets.
