Free enclosed parking. Walking distance to Rose Bowl and one block from bus stop to Pasadena Old Town/Metro station. Price includes all utillities, mutliple streaming networks (Disney, Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV etc) on TV in family room, internet, gardening, monthly housekeeping. Looking for a respectful and reliable roommate.

Other roomates include myself (47 female professional and two kids ages 11 and 13). We also have one sweet cat (a grey Tabby) who loves attention and playing fetch!
