Hi. My townhouse is in Heritage Manor, Citrus Heights CA. It is a 1600 sq ft corner house in a quiet, clean community. It was just vacated so it is still being cleaned and sanitized. The non-furnished bedroom for rent is downstairs with access to the bathroom. There is also another bedroom next to it which I might also rent out. This said bedroom has direct access through an inside door from this bedroom. I am still gathering my furnitures and setting up utilities. We will all share the bills for utilities.

As i mentioned, I am the owner and i will be occupying the 3rd bedroom which is upstairs. I work onsite 3 days and 2 days remote (work from home). I am a professional, don’t smoke, don’t drink, no drama and I want the same from my future roomies. As the owner, I do not allow overnight or weekend stay of partners.
