The apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath with a yard. The washer/dryer are outside of the unit, but there are four laundry rooms on the property and the unit is right next to one. The apartment is located in downtown Davis and a really close bike ride to campus. There is also a pool and a parking lot on the property.
About the roomies
I would be the only other person living in the apartment in the other bedroom. I am super dog friendly, in fact I have two of my own that would love another to play with in their yard. My dogs sleep in crates every night and are good home alone. If you really like dogs, you’ll love my adorable hyper dogs.
