This is a private home in the Jess Ranch area, Del Web. It’s 1 furnished bedroom (we can take the furniture out if need be). It’s in a 55+ community. You get access to the different Club Houses, the 3 pools, the Gym. It’s a gated community & there is a security service that drives all over 24hrs a day. There is also a fire department in the community.

About the roomies

The home is occupied by a 79yr old, healthy female. There are 2 indoor cats who do roam the house but they are extremely shy & most always stay in their bedroom. There is a garage for parking, NOT for storage however.
