About the room

Nice area of Temecula. Newer home. Parking extra space. Another empty room. Large private room and bathroom. Can share kitchen, laundry, etc. No couples, no kids, and no more pets or service animals already in the house. I am 37 hard working. I work 10 mins away. I keep the house 68-72 in the summer and like 74 in the winter. Utilities are included and buy your own food.

About the roomies

It is just me in the house. I have a masters; I was in Med School and my Dad asked me to come work for his company. I spend time with my family and friends in town. I do get up early but I am not too loud. I am get ready for bed around 8pm.
