Looking for one roommate in Kingswood Estates. Available July 1, with some flexibility if sooner timing is needed. I am the current tenant in a well-kept Kings Beach home and am subleasing two smaller upstairs bedrooms with a private full bathroom. Rent is $1,700 per month, including utilities for normal residential use. The home is clean, quiet, and respectful, with shared access to the kitchen, living room, TV area, laundry, and furnished common spaces. The room and bathroom areas have been professionally cleaned and are ready to go. Great North Lake Tahoe location with easy access to Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, Northstar, Incline Village, and the lake. Long-term is preferred, but I am open to the right seasonal or month-to-month fit. Looking for a clean, respectful tenant with reliable income who wants an easy, stable living setup.
