In the downtown area of Kent just a couple minutes from I-5 and 167 I have a room available for rent in an older house, available now. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Washer and dryer and off street parking. I’m clean, respectful and responsible looking for a clean, respectful, responsible adult to rent to. You must have steady income and clean up after yourself. House is drug free so this is not a party house. No smoking in the house. No pets as I have a puppy well behaved and cleaned up after very well.
