Just 15 mins from downtown Traverse City. Calm quiet neighborhood with a clubhouse and pool/hot tub. Room is on the 2nd floor. Has a walkin closet and full bath attached. Laundry room is right next to the bedroom. Full kitchen located downstairs with a living room and deck for comfortable lounging.

About the roomies

Three people currently live in this townhouse. My boyfriend Cody and I are on the second floor. While our buddy/roommate Trevor is located in the basement. We’ve all moved down here together from petoskey. Trevor is hardly around working 2 jobs. Cody is a supervisor and has all sorts of different days and hours. I am currently pregnant and have taken time away from work. Which brings us to why we are renting the room out. 3 months from August- October is the availability. This helps us to pay a portion after I’ve been unemployed due to my pregnancy. We are looking to move back to petoskey once are lease is up in the beginning of November.
