Quiet condo community that is conveniently located near freeway, outlets, Target etc. Room available (partially furnished if needed) with your own bathroom: $1300 per month/$650 deposit - month to month. Utilities and wifi included. Full house privileges, onsite parking, laundry, space in fridge, community pool, gym, tennis court as well.

We are a couple who have been together nearly 10 years. We both work Monday through Fridays and generally like to go to the gym after work or just relax. Weekends are a mix of relaxing at home or just get out and about and go hiking or downtown Ventura etc. We don’t smoke or do drugs, occasionally may have a drink at home and would prefer whoever rents the room to be the same in that regard. Overall, we are very relaxed people and easy to live with.
