The apartment is on 3rd floor, far end of building. 2 bedroom/ 2 full bath. My daughter lived here with me for past several years while finishing college in GR and Allendale. She has graduated and is moving to CO in early June. She stayed in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. That is the room I’m looking to rent. Seeking a relatively quiet, clean/tidy professional or college student as a tenant. Single stall garage parking is negotiable…my daughter typically parked in the garage. Living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room would be shared equally.

I’m a busy professional. Spend most of my spare time in the evenings riding/cycling. I travel a fair amount too (particularly during winter months). Basically, I’m not here much other than to sleep, eat, etc. Let me know if you have any questions or want to talk to see if would be a good fit.
