3/3 house with attached garage & laundry. One roommate is leaving in July, another leaving within the next 8-24 months, primarily lives out of state (in Daly City typically less than 7 days a month). Looking for one roommate to take over long-term for a bedroom, private bathroom, small home office & private parking space.
Looking for someone that has the capacity to take over 50% of the rent and utilities; once the 3rd roommate leaves we wont add a 3rd roommate - the 3rd room is welcome for use as a guest bedroom for tenant family/friend visits - not to be used by either tenant for long-term living (>2 weeks) by anyone not on the lease.
No smoking, no pets per the Landlord’s lease. You will be signing a new 12-month agreement with the landlord along with the other 2 tenants. Note the 3rd tenant may leave at any point once his child is off to college, so the goal is to find a tenant who can split 50% of costs now - you will benefit from a lower rent cost while the 3rd roommate is here.
There is also free, off-street parking on the one-way street on which the house resides.
Limited storage in the garage and plenty of storage in the home office room that would be exclusively yours.
We will be conducting complete background checks through TransUnion SmartMove at a cost of $48. That is the only application fee and will be paid directly to TransUnion (not us or the Landlord). You will not be obligated to pay any deposit as that is already paid.
3 Roommates (2 nerdy, co-ed professionals, one 2026 graduate and new adult!). We are both quiet, private, GenX/Millenial and are looking for a professional, stable roommate.
Primary roommate is female, working professional, The other roommate is a married male, lives in Colorado for 75-85% of his time. Both drive but you will have one of the 2 attached garage parking spaces.
