It’s a 4 bedroom house, I have 2 rooms available one is 10x12 and the other is 10x8, will share a bathroom. Both rooms have a wall A/C, both rooms have mounted TV available for use, kitchen and laundry room use included in rent price. Property is 8 minutes from the base. Only small dogs allowed. Fenced property nice back and front yard, plenty of parking place.

I live in the property. My ex husband lives in his RV outside and will come in to help me feed my two chihuahuas and cat. He will also come in to do laundry. Both non smokers quiet, other than when I clean, I like to play music. Looking for clean roommates at least in the common areas. Cleaning rotation of common areas will be in place.
