This is for a private room and bathroom in an open, bright, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom furnished condo. It has a modern kitchen, street parking, friendly neighbors, and a nice courtyard. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. While the condo is currently fully furnished, the furniture is flexible. If you have your own furniture that you want to bring, I am happy to discuss and find the most comfortable option.

I am a mature, active, financially stable, and organized man who appreciates a clean, peaceful home. I value respect, clear communication, and a growth mindset. To be transparent, I do not need a roommate. I have been content living alone for several years. While I love my space, I do not enjoy cooking, cleaning, or handling daily domestic tasks, and I could welcome and truly appreciate a feminine touch that turns my condo into a home.

The Ideal Roommate: I am looking for a roommate who wants a collaborative, close-knit living arrangement, rather than just a transactional dynamic where we pass each other in the hallway and share pleasant greetings. The ideal fit is a non-smoker with no pets. This is non-negotiable. I am looking for someone who is naturally clean, values a quiet, comfortable environment, and appreciates a traditional household flow. The right person enjoys a healthy domestic rhythm, likes cooking, and values keeping a space pristine. I am hoping we genuinely connect, build a trusted, drama-free bond where we look out for one another, enjoy being around each other, good conversations, and want to eat together.

Other: Because finding the right fit is the priority, I am offering a 30-day trial period for both of us. If at any point during the first 30 days either of us feels the dynamic isn’t working, we can part ways, and your rent and deposit will be refunded, minus the cost of any actual damages.

Because compatibility and mutual comfort are everything, I am bypassing back-and-forth messaging. I will be hosting a casual, open “Meet the Roommate” window at El Primo Birrieria Mexican Cuisine every evening starting, Wednesday 10 June until Sunday 14 June from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
