Room is medium in size with a large three door closet. The room is also carpeted with a window. The apartment had in unit laundry, dishwasher and 1 bathroom. There is a small porch since the unit is on the second story. The complex has a small gym, pool/spa and is a short bus ride (bus stop at property) to UC davis and downtown davis.

I am 19 years old and I am an engineering student at Sac City College. I have lived in the unit for 1 year and now in looking for a roommate. I like spending time outside, as well as in the gym. I like to cook and i keep a decently tidy house.
