Liz's room

It is a fairly large room with a built-in closet in a 2-room and 1.5 bathroom town house. The room can easily accomodate a queen bed, couple of bookshelves, and a desk. The backyard is not much: not fenced and shared with other units. The property managers are pretty reasonable and they maintain/fix stuff as needed without fuss. The house is next to two NCSU bus lines and near a few city ones and is super close to a Walgreens, some strip mall restaurants, and Food Lion. If you want to walk a little longer or drive a short distance, it’s close to Hunt Library, Athens Drive Community Library, Lake Johnson, Lake Raleigh, and a disc golf park. The area is generally pretty safe.

So far, my current roomate is moving out, but we’ve known each other for 8 years and lived together for 5. I am reasonably clean and respectful of personal space. I am quiet and chill, like to cook and bake and I don’t cook small either, I am good to share groceries and cooking with. I work an afternoon shift at a plant, so I am gone from the house M-F from 2ish pm till midnight. Weekends are free and I like to spend them playing video games and relaxing or meal prepping for the coming week or doing other things around the house. Lately I picked up a woodworking and a pottery hobby, so I like doing things, other than just game :)
