Hello! My name is Valentine, and I am currently on the look for new roommates to move into my current house with me. The house is 3 bed, 1 bath with in-unit laundry and AC. It is roughly a mile from UNT and less than a mile away from TWU. Rent is $700 a month plus utilities and such. Parking is free with a drive way in the front, and a spacious backyard.

The main requirement is you must be clean. The system in the house currently is semi-regular cleaning days, and I would like to keep that going with new roomies.

I am looking for other college-aged people (~20-24) to move in with me (you don’t have to be a student, just around that age). There is a heavy preference for other transgender people, but as long as you are queer or a fierce ally we should be chill! Pets are also welcome!
