About the room
Approximately 300 sq foot room with shared bathroom with my 22 year old daughter. The bathroom is only shared until the end of August when she returns to college at that time the bathroom will be solely for the person who rents the room. The room is furnished with a bed and two nightstands.
About the roomies
I am 57 and currently divorced living in a single-family home. My daughter is home for the summer and will be returning to college at the end of August. I work full-time outside the home. I have a small dog who is very friendly. I live a pretty quiet life do yoga and occasionally socialize with friends.
