Hey Guys! I am looking for a roommate to move into the master bedroom of the home I purchased recently. I currently occupy the master and love it, but decided I don’t need all the space, so plan to move into the 3rd bedroom.
The house is fully furnished, but the bedroom will not be furnished once I move my stuff out.
The house is on 38th Pl in Rogers. The location is great. It is 10 minutes from the new Walmart campus, 10 minutes from downtown Bentonville, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, and 10 minutes from the Promenade.
