Furniture available if needed: a sofa that becomes a queen size bed, a full size wooden bed, a large 6-drawer dresser, a TV. Room can also be unfurnished. New LVP flooring in room. Walk-in shower. Shared access to furnished kitchen with all major appliances, dining room, living room, front patio and furnished back yard. Fairy lights and fire pit offer great ambience for outside meals. Lemon tree blooms once a year with plenty of fresh fruit. Internet and utilities are shared. HOA neighborhood is friendly and quiet, so parties, loud sounds and any disruption to neighborhood quietness is not allowed. Owner is a veteran, so roommate from the military, retired military, or veteran is preferred. Mature and/or student roommate welcome. Maintaining a clean and healthy room is expected.
