Two furnished private rooms are available in a peaceful Orlando home in the Greenway area near SeaWorld and about 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Each room is approximately 11x12 feet and rents for $899/month with utilities and gigabit internet included. The deposit is $899 per room. The two rented rooms share a bathroom with each other. The home backs up to a gorgeous lake with cypress trees and lots of birdlife. Shared spaces include the kitchen, laundry, living areas, and billiard room. There is one driveway parking spot and one street parking spot available. This is a quiet, comfortable, LGBTQ+ friendly and animal-friendly home. Ideal fit: someone stable, respectful, communicative, clean in shared spaces, and looking for a 6+ month stay.
About the roomies
I’m Ryan, the live-in owner and a Purple Heart veteran. I’m creative, easygoing, and respectful of people’s space. I sing, play guitar, enjoy video games, music, reading, cooking, art, writing, animals, nature, concerts, design, museums, theatre, and witchy/occult interests.
At home, I like things calm, kind, and reasonably tidy. I’m not looking for a party house, but I do want the house to feel friendly and comfortable. I’m happy to chat and be social when it feels natural, while also respecting privacy and downtime.
I have three cats, so animal-friendly people are a good fit. I’m looking for housemates who are laid back, communicative, and proactive about keeping shared spaces clean.
