Women preferred but I’m open, there’s one guy in the house as well. LGBTQIA+ & 420 friendly household in a peaceful neighborhood off Davis. It’s a pretty spacious house, with a furnished living room, full kitchen, shared bathroom, laundry, and a back porch. Rent is ~750/person with water included. Internet + electric adds about 100. I’m friendly but never home cuz I work corporate </3 . No dogs, possibly yes cats; I have dogs and a cat so unfortunately no more dogs cuz mine are reactive to others, and only cats that are friendly with other animals bc we will be in and out of the common areas.
It’s just two of us in the house rn, we work a lot so we’re out a lot, the house stays fairly quiet
