About the room

You will get the primary bedroom on the top floor with bathroom en suite and walk in closet. I stay on the bottom floor and work from how. Middle floor would be shared but I only use it for kitchen. There is a boat/kayak/hot tub that is available for use and you can access without going through bottom floor. The laundry is on bottom floor and you do have access to that as well

About the roomies

I’m the only person who will be living there but may also look for one more to take the extra bedroom upstairs. I’m an IT Professional who works from home. Quiet, don’t have many visitors other than family from time to time but not often. Current roommate moves out at end of August
