Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to fill out a 2 bedroom, 1 shared bathroom space. Rent is $1,100 a month + utilities and is available July 1st. The place has central air, in unit laundry, in street parking (permit from the city), shared backyard, and front shaded porch. The room is unfurnished and utilities are shared between our unit and the one above. ~10min walk to UVA hospital and ~20 min to central grounds.

Working professional at UVA. Having a clean environment is important since there are shared spaces as well as quiet hours at night. Otherwise am respectful and maintain busy most of the time. No smoking or pets allowed.
