Hello there, I’m renting out my second bedroom for 3 months or 1 month(whichever works for you) I work a lot so I’m barely home, I am very open and I understand things happen and people needs help so I’m just trying to be that person. I’ve been homeless and know how it feels, as long as we talk and agree on house rules everybody will be ok.

I am 25 years old, 420 friendly, workaholic, easy going, open minded, friendly, a good cook. ( I’m like a grandma I love art and craft and movies) the room is spacious and clean . Also if it makes you feel better we can sign a contract and get it notarized. We can call and see the room if needed and we go from there.
