Hi! My current roommate and I are looking to fill a room in our 3bed/2ba apartment by the border of Glendale and Burbank. Big enough to have one or two people in it. Rent with utilities is $1475. Need someone to move in asap. The room is pretty spacious and it has it’s own bathroom. The apartment complex is owned by Legacy At Westglen. It has laundry machines, a pool, and a gym. Hi! I’m a 36yr old actress who also works as an administrative assistant with nonprofits along with event staff gigs as well. I have a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Marketing and Management too. I have a senior ESA dog who just turned 14, she’s super chill a total sweetheart and all my current & past roommates love her! I live a pretty active life between work, auditioning, creating, networking along side my fav karaoke! I’m pretty easy going and simply looking for a stable, peaceful and responsible roommate to take the place of 1 of my current roommates who moving the end of this month (May). I’m open minded and transparent. I don’t smoke but am 420 friendly, open to anyone who is a fair, decent human being, that’s really all that matters to me.
