About the room
Approximately 1,900 sq ft home. Shared bathrooms (2), kitchen privileges, laundry, dining area and large living room, deck and backyard. Driveway with dedicated parking spot. Shared cost of all utilities. I use two of the three bedrooms for myself and my office, and will be responsible for a higher cost per month for rent.
This home is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and shops on Main Street. Easy access to Route 38, Route 73, I-295 and the Turnpike.
This is a non-smoking home. There is one kitten in the home, Siberian breed which has less likelihood of allergic reaction. Siberian cats have 99% less of the FelD1 protein allergen in saliva and urine, which causes allergies in humans. A one hour or more time slot to ensure compatibility can be arranged.
A rental application with a fee of $65 will be required to be added to the lease. This includes consent for a background screening.
About the roomies
Female, work from home professional looking for a single professional to share space in my rental. My current lease is through July 2027. Female roommate is preferred but will interview a male or LGBTQ+ applicant.
