Hi there! Thank you so much for looking at my listing. In this very nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, you’ll have your own room with your own walk-in closet, and provided desk and queen-sized. You’ll also have your own bathroom. It’s a pretty great place if you want to stay temporarily with plenty of add-ons like a pool, safe playgrounds, and an office gym. Yes, it’s an apartment, but you do not have to worry about bugs here, because these apartments are separate buildings, the walls are not connected to other neighbors, and the trash collecting and sewer system care is taken seriously here. Also, I am a very clean person.

There’s a lot of paintings I’m working on where a living room should be, as this place functions as kind of an artsy-studio place. There’s a washer and dryer included in the apartment as well.

I have birds, but I can’t take on any other pets right now, I’m sorry. I don’t mind smoking, or the reefer, but please do it outside.

Also, you would have to talk with the apartment manager with your proof of income, and make your presence known, so you can be put on the lease and get a key and get a parking spot.

The office has a pool and exercise spot, but I don’t hang out there at all.

Roomie needed for 3-5 months. I am a 37-year old professional, artist, and prior military [prior militaries welcome]…who works from home full-time and I love to cook, so need a meal or two during the week? That’s taken care of.

I am highly introverted and am pretty open-minded, but I don’t like parties, too many guests, or any company at all, really, so you can say that I am a “keep to myself” person. Guests aren’t completely off the table, just please give me time to prepare for it. I’m one of the most introverted personality types you can come across, and this HAS rubbed people the wrong way before, so if you find I am too introverted, please don’t take it personal.

Let is be known that I am a home-body. This is not some networking and Party-Animal Central hub in the slightest over here, so I’ll just get that out of the way. I have no children and plan to keep it that way. I don’t mind kinds though, but I can’t see this place fitting any more than two adults and a kid. Any more people, there’s just no space. So if you are a parent with one kid, this is feasible.

I don’t do drugs, don’t smoke, though I do drink occasionally, and I am looking for another roomie who is pretty much the same. The thing is, smoking is not allowed in these apartments, my birds won’t fare well with smoke, and though I love animals, dogs and cats come with that hefty deposit fee and the birds didn’t. If you simply MUST bring your dog or cat, let it be known there’s a $300+ or so fee. And this place doesn’t take kindly to sneaking in pets.

The most important thing to me is living in clean environments with clean people. I pick up and clean up after myself daily, especially in common areas. There are only a few, simple common rules while here: Be quiet and considerate, don’t do the drugs, don’t bring bugs with you, and most importantly, clean, wash, and wipe yourself, and pick up after yourself. That’s all I ask. If this all sounds like a cake-walk for you, then this place is for you, welcome.
