The room has air conditioner; king size bed; TV and washer/dryer. The place itself has central heat; refrigerator; stove; grill; microwave and storage room. Close to three different bus routes including Wichita State University bus route; library; park; dog park; hospital; Dillons fitness center and s few fast food restaurants. Must be a non drinker. non smoker and no drugs allowed. Pets are welcome but your responsibility and if you want visitors please let me know in advance.

About the roomies

I am a Christian male that plans on going back to Butler Community College for classes in the Fall 2026 semester. I enjoy college sports; travel; outdoors; going to the park; pool; splash pad and the lake; I try to walk nearly everyday; enjoy reading my Bible and listening to my Bible programs and spending time with my mom and stepdad and my friends; dining out and cooking. I have no pets but would love to have a dog; I have a great sense of humor; caring and a good listener. I am strictly only looking for a roommate to help with my monthly dues. I rarely have any company and enjoy my privacy.
