It’s a master bedroom very spacious. Has hardwood floor and your own sliding door to the backyard. You will also have your own bathroom. That won’t need to shared with anyone. There’s a lot of parking in front of the house. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Also we have a pool and jacuzzi and laundry room. No couples or pets!! Sorry :/

There will be three other roomies. Each person keeps to their own schedule and is respectful. We all come home to relax. Everyone is like minded by sharing similar etiquette and manners in shared spaces. This is not a party house. We all like to come home to watch tv do some hobbies for the most part it’s a chill and relaxed home. This isn’t a loud household. We all pay bills on time and the house is well kept.
