About the roomies

3 males in the mid to late 20’s. One couple lives in the apartment , no pets, we enjoy sports, making food, exploring DC, and the outdoors. Utilities and internet are split amongst the Roommates (varies per month ~$70). Parking inside garage is $125 a month or good luck with street parking! Pickleball, tennis, and food friendly!
