Hello New Roommate! I have a large room with walk-in closet available July 1 for $850. I’m located in Hoffman Estates (Cook County) 2 miles from Schaumburg border (10 miles to Woodfield Mall) near tons of restaurants and 90/290 Expressway.
Utilities are half of electricity and half of the Renters Insurance. Roughly $14. Depending on usage. The Kitchen has all utensils and dishes. The living room and dining area are currently semi-furnished now. The patio faces the courtyard. It’s a peaceful and friendly area. My current roommate will be out on June 30. A Security Deposit and First month’s rent will be due. $75 for a parking space. Landlord requires a criminal record check with a fee. References are required. Bring your bed, coffee cup and bathroom towel. If interested. I can schedule a viewing.

I’m renting a room from a landlord. I am very clean and organized with a weekly maintance schedule of the condo. I’ve been renting since May. So the place is semi-furnished.
