Hello New Roommate! I have a large room with walk-in closet available August 1 for $850.

I’m located in Hoffman Estates (10 minutes to Woodfield Mall, 90/290) and near tons of restaurants! No couples or pets or person that works at home.

Internet and utilities NOT included and split in half.

Electricity: $25/mo. (but will increase depending on the A/C usage)

Renters Insurance: $4 mo. Designated parking: $75/mo. (or there is plenty of visitors parking available)

Due at move-in: Security Deposit: $850

First month’s rent: $850

About the condo: The place is semi-furnished Kitchen has all utensils and dishes. The living room and dining area are currently semi-furnished with a patio that faces a beautiful courtyard. It’s a peaceful, quiet and friendly area. So bring your bed, coffee cup, bathroom towel and patio chair!

I’m available to show the place Monday - Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm Saturday 1:00pm-5:00pm

Note: The Landlord requires a criminal record check with a fee and three references.

I’m renting a room from a landlord. I am very clean and organized with a weekly maintance schedule of the condo. I’ve been renting since May. So the place is semi-furnished. I love music, gardening, outdoor venues and I’m a foodie. I’m looking for a clean, financially responsible and respectful roommate that will contribute to cleaning maintenance of common areas.
