Im renting a bedroom with bathroom plus a den upstairs . The room has a balcony with golf course views. The den is also furnished with a 50-inch TV, a couch, and a table with 2 chairs. The entire area upstairs will be yours with the exception of one bedroom. Community has access to private beach and river for paddleboard and boating. Golf course and tennis are open to the public. The community also has a restaurant for when you dont feel like cooking. This is a safe gated community, and is for someone who likes to live on the beach, surrounded by nature and quietude. I live by myself and looking for one person to share this home.

Im an Insurance broker, non-smoker, no pets, who enjoy the beach, paddleboard, bike riding and my gym daily. I like to live a healthy life. In my quiet times, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and study my Bible, currently studying Hebrew, Torah and History. I enjoy making friends and I also enjoy privacy and quietude at home. Looking for a likeminded individual that works FT and wants to stay for at least 6 months. 2 minute walk to the beach.
