About the room
One room with shared bathroom for rent. Only two ladies shared the bathroom. Ladies only. Each room comes with access to shared common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a cozy living room, laundry facilities, and an outdoor kitchen for barbecues. High-speed internet is available—less than 8 minutes to HEB, Costco, and Lone Star College - The Woodlands—no smoking in the house, no pets, no drugs. Utility bills are divided among roommates. Utilities will be between $50 and $90. Last month was $58.
About the roomies
There are five rooms in the house. Four ladies and one gentleman live in the house. They are all professionals. Landlord doesn’t live in the house, but we live in close by. We provide two separate keys. One is for the private room and the other is for main door. You can lock your room from inside and outside. no smoking in the house, no pets, no drugs. Utility bills are divided among roommates.
