Hi, I will have a room available in Harlan Ranch near the club house near the beginning of July. Your room will be located downstairs. Your own private bathroom and shower will be located right outside the room.

There is very fast internet/wifi available and a keyless entry.

You will also have access to the club house, where you can host events (they charge a fee), swim or take advantage of the food vendors and events that Harlan Ranch provides.

Your roommate upstairs is in his 50’s who works full time and goes biking on the weekends. I am an entrepreneur in his 30’s who works from home.

We are both easy going and enjoy a drama free environment.
